    The mayor did this on the same day as he met the President, who was in Lleida for the festival, and expressly asked him not to remove yellow ribbons from the streets. Mayor Ros recently ordered the removal of all yellow ribbons from the city streets.

      Mayor Ros is fully 155-compliant but luckily he's also completely inept. When the Lleida Museum was raided by the Guardia Civil and the Sixena art works removed he couldn't even talk his way past the police cordon to get into the building.
