@Contrafluix @alex__rawlings @mstrubell_EN @thbaketal I have no data beyond my own experience of the BCN 'expats' (I hate that term...) but the parents that stay eventually start learning Catalan. BCN is also odd because you can live there with no Catalan, it's only when you move outside the city that you see this.
