      Green represents municipalities that voted Vox in April this year. Widespread support in Spain outside Catalonia, Basque country, and Galicia. If your electorate is voting far-right, the problem is closer to home than Catalonia.

        In fact, the few square blocks in Madrid where the royal palace is located voted Vox. The three Catalan municipalities with large Spanish military camps also did so. Perhaps The Economist could turn their keen journalistic gaze on those fine pillars of the Spanish state instead?
