The event is the 'Princess of Girona' awards, which the city of Girona has repeatedly rejected by making no public venue available. In 2018 it was an ignominious series of venue changes around Girona. Now they are trying Barcelona, where they are equally unwelcome. #NoTenimReiOn twitter.com
