@Larrywightman1 @AP_Europe @openarms_fund Spain has authority over the ports and has used that to block the vessel whenever possible from operating. So I'm pointing out the inconsistency of calling it a Spanish vessel, when Spain does not want it to exist. A free Catalonia would behave in entirely the opposite way.
