  1. On the basis of the ruling from @EUCourtPress that Oriol Junqueras is an MEP, two of our MEPs in exile were able to get their credentials in Brussels. Despite all this, Junqueras remains in prison. He is an MEP with the immunity that entails, effectively now kidnapped by Spain. @GabrielCatala/1207990098886832128
