  1. Spanish Attorney General says Junqueras should be allowed out of jail to take up his MEP seat, at least until Spain can appeal EU Parliament to remove his immunity. This would conform to the EU Court of Justice ruling, which requires it anyway. Supreme Court must now decide. @QuicoSalles/1211599871603564544

      Legally, Supreme Court has no option. Junqueras has been illegally jailed since the June EU elections; the @EUCourtPress verdict this month just confirms it. This move today is aimed at forming a government coalition with ERC. If ERC trumpet this as a victory, they're a shambles.
