  1. The only deadline in the deal between Spain's PSOE and Catalonia's ERC to facilitate a government in Spain was that there be dialogue within 15 days. Spanish government has just postponed the meeting until after Catalan elections, possibly May or June. @jimkennedy/1214541509632151552
