Saudi vessel carrying weapons for the war against Yemen is allowed pass through Spanish port of Santander. Spain's Foreign Minister, our old friend @JosepBorrellF, says this is ok because it is only carrying "non-lethal weapons." Amnesty Internacional has condemned the action. @324cat/1128412168519655430
