Catalan minister @jordiPuignero confirms that his phone was cyberattacked (unsuccessfully) by the Pegasus software in March 2019. The Spanish government was the first EU country to have this spy software, and has a license for not just in Spain, but also in France and Malta, at the least. Other Catalan activists were targeted in Belgium.On twitter.com
