The @guardiacivil in charge during the police attacks on the #1oct referendum has been promoted. He failed to prevent the referendum as ordered, but he did supervise the beating of a lot of Catalan voters. At the very least his promotion moves him to Madrid, so good riddance. @GemmaLinan/992082591355428864
